1. Can I get a discount if I buy more items? Absolutely! Quantity discounts are already shown right on the product page — just add more to your cart and watch the savings kick in automatically!

2. How do I add or remove items from my cart? It’s easy! Just sign into your account and click the shopping cart icon at the top right. You can see everything inside.
- To remove something, hit the “Remove” button.
- To change quantity, type the new number in the “Qty” box and update.

Payment FAQs
1. What is PayPal? PayPal is a super secure and trusted way to shop online! You can pay using your Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Debit Card, or even your bank account. Your payment info is safely encrypted, so we never see your card details. Peace of mind guaranteed!
2. Can I change my shipping address after ordering? Once your order is placed, it’s best not to change the address. But if you really need to, contact us right away at support@drivecore.online before we ship it out!
- If it hasn’t shipped yet → we can update it for you.
- If it’s already on the way → we won’t be able to change it.

3. How do I know if my payment went through successfully? You’ll get a happy confirmation email from us the moment your payment clears! You can also log into your account anytime to check the status. If it says “Processing”, that means we’ve got your payment and we’re getting your order ready. Awesome!
4. Do you provide an invoice? Yes, we do! If you need a commercial invoice, just shoot us an email at support@drivecore.online and we’ll send it over quickly.
5. What payment methods do you accept? We keep it simple and convenient:

Shipping FAQs
1. Can I change the shipping method after ordering? Sorry, once the order is placed, the shipping method is locked in. We want to get your stuff moving as fast as possible!
2. Can I change my shipping address after ordering? Please check the answer in Payment FAQs #2 above. Quick tip: Contact support@drivecore.online ASAP if needed!
3. When will I receive my order? Delivery time depends on where you are and which shipping option you choose. Sometimes unexpected things like bad weather or natural events can cause delays — but don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated and work hard to get your package to you safely!
4. Do you ship to my country? What are the shipping rates? Yes! We ship worldwide 🌍 The shipping cost is calculated based on weight, size, and destination. We’ll always suggest the best and most affordable option to get your gear to you quickly and securely. The exact rate shows up at checkout once you enter your address.
5. Why is shipping expensive for some items? It all comes down to weight, size, shipping speed, and destination country. Bigger or heavier items naturally cost more to ship — but we always try to keep it as reasonable as possible!
6. How do I track my order? Super simple! Click “Track Orders” on our website, enter your tracking number, and hit Track.
Most orders ship within 1 business day, and tracking usually updates within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
7. Why isn’t my tracking number working? Tracking info usually appears 2–3 business days after shipping. If it’s still not showing, it could be because the carrier hasn’t updated it yet, the number was typed wrong, or the package was already delivered.
No stress! Just email us at support@drivecore.online with your order number and we’ll check it for you right away.
8. Who pays for customs duties and taxes? Customs duties, VAT, taxes, and any import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
9. What if my items get held by Customs? If your package is detained or seized by Customs, the buyer is responsible for clearing it. If you run into any issues, contact us at support@drivecore.online immediately. We’ll work with the shipping company and help you find the best solution.
10. How long until my order ships after payment? Our normal processing time is 3 business days. We’ll get your order packed and shipped out within 3 business days after payment clears. Can’t wait to get it to you!
After-Sales FAQs
1. How can I cancel my order?
Before payment: No worries! If you haven’t paid yet, your order isn’t processed. If it stays unpaid for more than a week, just place a fresh order (prices may change).
After payment: Want to cancel? Email us ASAP at support@drivecore.online.
- If it hasn’t shipped yet → we can usually cancel or refund it.
- If it’s already shipped → unfortunately we can’t cancel.

2. How do I return or exchange an item? We’re here to make it easy! First, contact our friendly After-Sales team at support@drivecore.online and send us:
- Your original order number
- The reason for return/exchange
- Clear photos of the issue
- Details of the replacement you want (item number, name, color)
- Your shipping address and phone number
Returns must be started within 30 calendar days of receiving your items, and the products must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached. We’ll give you an RMA number once approved.
3. When can I return or exchange an item? We stand behind our product quality! Returns or exchanges are accepted only for quality defects or mis-shipment (wrong item/color sent).
Items that have been used, damaged by accident, or had tags removed unfortunately can’t be returned. All packaging must stay intact too.
4. Where do I send the returned item? After we approve your return and issue the RMA number, we’ll give you the correct return address. Once we receive and check the item, we’ll quickly process your refund or send out the replacement. We’ve got your back!
